The annual Iceland Business Forum 2018 featured an impressive group of speakers in the field of technological changes on a global scale.

Competition and traditional business practices are evolving at a phenomenal speed in this era of technical advances. The annual Iceland Business Forum 2018, which was held at Hilton Reykjavik Nordica on February 14th, bore the title "Disruption - Competition in a digital world" and focused on how technology is rewriting the rules of business. The keynote speaker of the 2018 Forum was Andrew McAfee, one of the most sought-after consultants in the field of technological progress.

In addition, guests had the pleasure of listening to Tommy Ahlers, Danish tech guru and board member of Denmark's disruption committee (d. Disruptionrådet). Tommy educated guests on Denmark's innovative initiative to embrace technological progress and digital solutions.

Discussions with Icelandic ministers followed suit, led by Bergur Ebbi Benediktsson.
