The impact varied by ministry, but the bills introduced by Jóhanns Páll Jóhannsson, Minister for the Environment, Energy and Climate, and Þorbjörg Sigríður Gunnlaugsdóttir, Minister of Justice, produced the most positive effects.</p>]]></description>
