The Board of the Iceland Chamber of Commerce is elected at the council's general meeting held every other year. The board consists of 37 people plus the Chamber's Chairman, who is elected separately. The names of the board members can be seen below.
Additionally, an Executive Board oversees operations and other activities of the Chamber. The Executive Board consists of the Chairman as well as six representatives elected from the Board. The current Executive Board can be seen below.
Andri Þór Guðmundsson is the Chairman of the Iceland Chamber of Commerce. He was first elected chairman of the board in February 2024. He will hold the position until 2026.
The Board was elected on the 8th of February 2024 and serves for the next two years.

The Iceland Chamber of Commerce is a non-governmental organisation based on voluntary participation by companies and individuals. Everyone who engages in business in Iceland is eligible to become a member of the Chamber.
