The Iceland Chamber of Commerce operates 13 bilateral Chambers, both directly and in collaboration with others. An important role of the bilateral chambers is strengthening the relationship with other similar organizations in their respective countries. They also cooperate in several ways with embassies and consulates on promoting Icelandic businesses abroad.
